
Martial Arts for the Soul is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to training vulnerable populations throughout the world in self defense including threat recognition, pre-engagement reactions and ultimately physical self defense technqiues. By teaching this comprehensive system our aim is to foster vigilant and capable individuals with the capacity to both prevent and mitigate potentially violent situations. Through critical reflection, emotional development, and collaborative learning, we cultivate a culture of resilience, safety, and capacity to protect one's self and others.

Heroes for Israel Project
Partnered with several self-defense organizations to teach practical and effective self-defense techniques to participants of all ages and fitness levels. Lessons included basic self-defense techniques, simple and easy to use movements, building self-confidence and security, and more!
Located in Palm Beach Gardens on Sunday, November 19th.

Marc Sherman

Marc is an attorney in New York City. Much of his practice has been focused on construction-related litigation, and he has represented contractors, engineers, and developers in contract disputes, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, employment law and other matters. Before entering the private sector, Marc served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where he investigated and prosecuted violent felonies, narcotics and racketeering cases, and argued numerous appeals. He currently serves as in-house litigation counsel for a major insurance company, representing commercial policy-holders in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Rabbi Yaron Kapitulnik

Rabbi Yaron Kapitulnik serves as senior rabbi of Temple Judea, where he began his career in 2010. As the congregation's leader, Rabbi Yaron works to create a community where each member is inspired to lead a richer Jewish life.Rabbi Kapitulnik graduated and was ordained in 2010 from the New York campus of Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion where he was selected as a participant in the Bonnie and Daniel Tisch Rabbinic Fellows Program. Rabbi Kapitulnik is a graduate of Hebrew University in Jerusalem where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geography with a major in Education and has a diverse background including serving as a paratrooper and paramedic in the Israeli Armed Forces, graduating from Israel's Ministry of Tourism School and serving as an Environmental Guide in Ein Gedi.
Mark Palmer, J.D., CFP

Mark Palmer is a financial professional with a background spanning law, international affairs, and personal financial planning. He holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master of Science in Foreign Service. As a certified financial planner, with particular expertise inh Blockchain and Digital Assets, Mark brings a multidisciplinary perspective to helping clients make informed financial decisions. In addition to his advisory work, Mark spends much of his time in a volunteer capacity, working as a Pro Bono Advocate for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, and an Advisory Board Member for The Mgrublian Center for Human Rights at his alma mater, Claremont McKenna College.

Lance is an MBA experienced in relationship management & in investing. Managed 200+ wealth households, raised $1 million in investments, held client facing responsibilities, & presented to investment committees and decision makers. Lance started his career in entertainment representation in the mailroom & through internships at multiple prestigious entertainment corporations. Skilled in creative evaluation and in new venture strategy Lance graduated from the HEC Paris MBA Program and Stanford University in business & humanities. Lance is interested in helping Jewish nonprofits and protecting Jewish communities, while bringing financial insight, experience, and leadership
